How it works
This isn't general coaching. It's a focused, structured process that moves through five core areas of your life…not because every area is broken, but because lasting change requires looking at the whole picture.
We start by identifying the root cause of what's keeping you stuck. Not the symptom. Not the story you've been telling yourself about it. The actual source.
From there, we use hypnotherapy, NLP, and Time Line Therapy™ to release what's been in the way: the emotions, the beliefs, the patterns that have been running on autopilot. Then we get clear on your values, make sure they match who you're becoming, and build goals that actually fit.
Ten sessions. In person, virtual, or a combination.
