What is HypnoBirthing®?
HypnoBirthing® is a proven technique and philosophy developed by Marie Mongan and taught worldwide by HypnoBirthing International™ certified educators. It prepares you and your birth companion to approach birth with calm, confidence, and deep trust in your body's instinctive ability.
The program combines hypnosis, special breathing techniques, deep relaxation, visualization, meditative practice, positive body toning, and nutrition awareness. It considers the whole picture: your psychological and physical wellbeing, your birth companion's, and your baby's…in whatever setting feels right for your family.
This isn't a method that overrides your experience. It's one that returns it to you.

What's included
Five weekly sessions of 2.5 hours each — for you and your birth companion. Available in person, virtually, or a combination of both.
Each session builds gently on the last. We move through the philosophy together, practice the breathing and relaxation techniques, work with visualization and hypnosis, and build the mindset that makes everything else possible. By the end it won't feel like something you learned. It'll feel like something you remembered.
When to start: The end of your second trimester is the sweet spot — around 28 to 32 weeks. Early enough to practice, close enough to feel real and immediate.

Private — for you and your birth companion Five sessions dedicated entirely to you. Personalized to your specific hopes, questions, and birth vision. At your pace, in your space.
Group Class — September 2026 Prepare alongside other expectant mothers in a warm, supported group setting. There's something quietly powerful about being surrounded by people who are choosing the same thing — calm, presence, and trust in the process.

About your educator
I came to HypnoBirthing® through a fellow hypnotherapist who asked me to get certified so he and his partner could work with me. The moment I started learning I couldn't stop.
